Fashion 3-D

The 3-D wave continues to take shape in the fashion world. Burberry hit the runway back in February, being the first to stream a live fashion show in 3-D. Now this month's Vogue Mexico has Jacques Dequeker shooting model Isabeli Fontana in a way that can only be fully experienced by putting on some 3-D shades.

Be sure to scroll all the way to the end and check out what I think was a real fashion first. Did anyone else get chills when that Kate Moss hologram emerged centre-stage at Alexander McQueen's F/W 2006 runway show? Just another testament to the genius of McQueen.

What do you think of the use of 3-D technology in the world of haute couture? Should it stick to the movie screens, or become a mainstay for the runway? Do you think Ray Ban will soon come out with some 3-D wayfarers?
