Garden Wedding...

I am in love with this wedding for how tiny it is and I know they can't control the weather but the sunlight is gorgeous! Also the bride has a beautiful head piece and you guys know what a sucker I am for cupcakes at a wedding!

Not sure if you can see, but there are these beautiful flowers on her dress... just to die for!

Una Burke...

I have been wanting to do a post on these beautiful pieces of art for quite some time now... and I thought this was the perfect day because it is my 100th post!
I am truly inspired by these pieces of art... the detail and the work that must have gone into them is unbelievable.
The pieces are not only visually captivating, but are technically extremely challenging. "They are pieces of wearable art which are indefinable as particular garments, preventing them from being placed into the conventional categories of the fashion industry."

The artist was influenced by the "physical and psychological effects and healing stages of human trauma. Many of the pieces look like restraints, casts or prosthetics, it signifies the potential for healing within the boundaries of something which inhibits the body."
I was extremely moved by these pieces, not only by the amount of work that has gone into them, but the amount of emotion that it pulls out of you.

You can see more of the exhibit and read more about the artists' vision here.
Also a big thank you to all the readers...

Headbands...

A couple weeks ago I was asked by the wonderful creator behind Spellbound to review her hair pieces. Now we have never met so she doesn't know this, but I wear a headband almost everyday {especially at work} and when an outfit doesn't look good with one I get quite cranky!!! So I am an expert when it comes to hair accessories and these are fabulous!!!

I love how hair accessories can give a woman a real sense of confidence {maybe the best word is attitude!} They are so much fun and girly to play around with and these are no exceptions! They are all hand made by the designer and they are so classy! I am in love...

These are just a few of my favourites check them all out here!

Green Wedding...

I am in love with this wedding!!! First of all... the beautiful head piece the bride is wearing, so gorgeous!!! My second favourite thing... the beautiful green bridesmaids dresses, isn't that colour to die for!!! So beautiful! The venue is gorgeous, with these giant willow trees romantically draped over their guests, just to die for. Last thing... their party favours... Georgian peaches, I would take a dozen of those... Yum!
