Playing Catch Up...

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know I was a little sick over the weekend so I am playing catch up with some headband orders and some new jewelry I am working on.... Photoshop Envy...

I have had this editorial stored away on my computer for quite sometime and I am just in love with the photography! Such beautiful work they did edited the photos, I can't stop staring at them all!!!

Not much time today, I am off for 3 more meetings with fabric wholesalers and everyone cross your fingers because so far my other meetings have gone horribly and I still have NO fabric for my 40 pieces of clothing that the boutiques want! It's a bit of a disaster and I am having a bit of a meltdown! Ok so a little bit of venting!!! Sorry.... enjoy these lovely photos in the mean time and everyone have a GREAT weekend!!!

Ready for Fall...

I went home this week for a couple days and there is something about the country in the fall... I got all the high boots out and tights and cute fall dresses... it was fun!!!! Then I realized I am ready for fall!!! How about you guys... are you ready for fall???

Also I have some very exciting news... while I was home I visited a couple of boutiques to try and sell more pieces and.... I sold 30 headbands and almost 50 clothing pieces! So I tonnes of work to get done in the next couple of weeks, but I am very excited! I will try and get some pics up of the headbands very soon! Enjoy!!!!

Why oh why do we love Sasha McDean so much??? Could it be because she is the one model I relate too??? She looks so down to earth and yet glamorous.... regal yet totally crazy.... she is every woman rolled into one lovely package! I just adore her!

I am obsessed with leather right now... I just purchased my first pair of leather shorts and I am thoroughly in love with them! I am dreaming of leather jackets, leather dresses and leather pants... Arbordai Pirates...

Let me tell you a little tale of two little girls, who one day went exploring and came across this amazing tree. But to their imaginative minds it was not just a tree, it was a pirate ship! They worked all day to find oars to row this mighty ship [actually sticks] and every pirate ship has a cannon [again actually just sticks!] We packed a lunch and spent our first day roaming the high seas awaiting other ships to attack [and those were really just cars coming down the road!] But to us every time we climbed up into that tree we were pirates!

I have had this idea for months now, so when I was home at the beginning of July I dressed my sister and I up as pirates and we climbed into our favourite tree and played pirates! It was defiantly hard to keep a straight face but we had a blast! Hope you enjoy!!!!
