Lyon was absolutely gorgeous today, so sunny and it was lovely to stroll the streets! We went to the Museum of Fine Arts, had lunch w macaroons for dessert and then ventured across the river to explore the traboules. They were "tunnels" built into houses that were back to back used to quickly get merchandise through the city into stores and it they were used in the war as well. Very cool, then we went to the top of the city to see Notre Dame and the opera that has been there since Roman Times. It was a great day!
